If your Batllefield is setup in Full screen and fall back to windowed mode after start, check if you have Teamviewer host running on your system. If yes, close it before launching the game and it will stay in Full screen!

Battlefield 3 - kicked by Punkbuster with message Disallowed Program/Driver [89246] solution, or not ;)
If you are like me, kicked in Battlefield 3 by Punkbuster with message:
Disallowed Program/Driver 89246
and you don't use AutoKey or other stuff like this, perhaps you should close some "normal" programs on your system that could handle keys shortcut.
At my side, I was convince that I have none of this kind of softwares until I decide to close my DropboxPortable AHK
After deeping inside the soft, it look like it handle some shortcut for volume settings purpose, Punkbuster doesn't like that!
So if on your side it's not Corsair headset, take some secondw to search wich running software on your Windows could handle some keys and try to close it...

HP 8730w fix annoying crash with ATI Driver
HP 8730w fix annoying crash with ATI Driver
For those like who have a notebook HP 8730w with Windows 7
You certainly have problem while watching movie or other stuff in full screen.
You may occur some blue screen or vertical white line on you screen and get an error of the system that say that ATI driver does not respond. You shouls also find some system event talking about atikmdag hang.
After I will googling the web, I have found a solution.
Based on this article:

The trick is to simply replace the atikmdag.sys located in c:\windows\system\drivers with an updated version downloaded from ATI website (last drivers)
For those who don't want to read all, here is the link to the file (Windows 7 64 bits version)
So simply replace the original atikmdag.sys located inside windows\system32\drivers then reboot computer.
This should do the trick
For those who prefer do it themself, here is the original post:
Make sure you have your ATi drivers updated. If you are unsure of what you are doing, make sure to have someone who has experience in modifying system files. Navigate to your C:Windows\System32\drivers (assuming Windows is installed in C: with default path). Look for atikmdag.sys and hover your mouse over it. If this driver version number is different from the latest driver version, it needs to replaced. So what you do is:
1. Download the latest driver version and extract the contents of the .exe file (this should happen when you double click on the .exe, if not, use 7zip to extract it).
2. Rename your current atikmdag.sys file to atikmdag.sys.old.
3. Look for atikmdag.sy_ in the folder where you extracted the latest drivers.
4. Copy atikmdag.sy_ to WindowsSystem32drivers folder.
5. Open command prompt in Administrator mode (start menu->programs->accessories->right click command prompt->Run as Administrator).
6. Navigate to your Windows\System32\drivers folder. (example cd C:\Windows\System32\drivers)
7. Type expand atikmdag.sy_ atikmdag.sys
8. Reboot computer.
For most people, this has solved the problem completely. If the problem still exists, don’t worry, this method didn’t work for me either.

Streaming Dreambox for Iphone
After a long time searching for a solution on how to stream Dreambox video to iphone, here is the script I have used to achieve it:
This is a bash script used in Linux (Ubuntu 10.10)
First of all, zap to the good channel (Enigma 2 compatible)
wget -q -O /dev/null "http://192.168.249.202/web/zap?sRef=1:0:1:3534:C8:13E:800000:0:0:0:"
Then the vlc command line for streaming:
cvlc -vvv "http://192.168.249.202:8001/1:0:1:3534:C8:13E:800000:0:0:0:" --sout "#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,venc=x264{keyint=8,vbv-maxrate=100,vbv-bufsize=100},fps=2,width=160,height=240,deinterlace,audio-sync,scale=1,acodec=mpga,ab=16,channels=1,samplerate=11025}:std{access=http,mux=ts,dst=0.0.0.0:10000}"
In this exemple 192.168.249.202 is the IP of the dreambox
The channel ID could be found in the Dreambox Webinterface
Simply click on the stream button, this will open vlc, check out the file information to get the exact url of streaming source...
You can also adjust keyint, maxrate depending of your bandwidht
These settings work well with edge/3g connection...
Then use Openstreamer (you need jailbreack + Cydia repos) on you iphone and connect to your PC directly on port 10000
You can access it thrue local network or thrue internet if you have natted your port 10000

HP Notebook - Fix CAPS Lock notification
If you have like me the annoying notification of CAPS LOCK while you play a game, you can disable it with registry like this:
